We recommend that buyers familiarize themselves with their country’s import policies and potential additional costs before making a purchase. Any fees incurred due to customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Final Sale Policy
At Ardor Swim, all items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.
2.2 No Refunds
As a small business with limited stock and margins, we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases made through our website or other sales channels.
2.3 Exceptions
We do not make exceptions to this policy except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors. In such rare instances, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions about fit, materials, or any other aspect of our products, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
